Hmmm…KS had the #1 and #2 for hitters in ILH (hits) and 3 in the top 5 for BA and RBI, looks like a good balance to me.

Wait in response to #4. One of the best hitters in the state? They have the worst hitters in the state. The only reason why kam won last year was because of pitching and their pitching coach. That and that alone kept them in the game. Their hitting is absolutely terrible and will be terrible this year because they don’t work hard in the off season. No work ethic over there. Get your facts straight before you speak. Ya they might have had a couple higher hitters last year but lemme ask you this… where are they now. Um nowhere because they can’t hit at the next level.

Let the coaches coach and parents watch. Problem is parents all think their kid is the next MLB player and than he gets cut or benched and they wanna sue somebody??? Kahi, goodluck and god bless we will be supporting you. School AD and administration stay out of the roster. Coaches need to be able to pick players based on their own criteria.

Yea, and I heard an AD told the incoming coaches that certain players have to be on the JV and Vars. teams, without even a tryout. If I’m not mistaken, isn’t that part of what got coach Perkin canned?

So the 2017 JV staff was fired. Then KS hired Holt who was part of the 2017 JV staff that got fired. Holt then hires Barrozo as an assistant for 2018 JV staff. That staff then gets let go with Perkins. Now KS rehires Barrozo as the 2018 JV staff head coach? Seriously can KS put a stop to their history of incompetent hiring? It’s like a circus.
