You and Keahi are right on all points, but this list was built with only High School honors taken into account. Nepo was first-team all state twice and player of the year once, Ah Mow was three time first team but never POY. Miyashiro was first team three times but never player of the year for either paper. The papers liked Cubi Otineru in Miyashiro’s junior year and Pohai Nuuhiwa in her senior year. Miyashiro and Ah Mow are pretty much the same player for the purposes of this exercise.

Waha hyperbole, erroneous whatevahs.

And Robyn Ah Mow played for 2-3 Olympic Teams. Also, I don’t see Fiona Nepo who played for Nebraska when they were a perennial power. Kahumoku should be higher. I agree that Tama Miyashiro should be much higher.

Tamari Miyashiro should definitely be way higher on the list. Definitely top 10. She is a current member of the US National team
