Many of the junior colleges now offer housing, etc., so there’s quite an investment involved. Getting a great student-athlete to come to a university or JC requires a lot of trust each way. The letter of intent makes it official. Good job, ladies and gentlemen.

I do believe all schools have a document to sign to say you will be attending that school regardless of scholorship or not.
