Who wrote this article? When the east and west meet up for the OIA’s the all east champions are seeded at the top and all west champions are seeded at the bottom!!! The runner ups are seeded inside of opposite of their champions. Didnt you guys wonder why only eastern girls are top seeds? What matters is that MOA has 4 eastern champions, Ros has 4 and PC has 6 western champions
