I think that goes both ways. what about those that have followed the rules? i fee like he is ineligible until the case can be held to make him eligible. The family has options and they have chosen this one so must deal with the natural consequences that come with it.

Terrible, to think that a student who is “legally” eligible to play for Kapolei could be deemed at a later time ineligible then OIA would go back and forfeit those games? It should be if they let him play today he is eligible so the games would stand. Now, if they were told he is no longer eligible and he plays thats another story.

Why does it seem that things that make obvious sense aren’t taken into consideration and done the right way.
