Iolani peaked at the end of the regular ILH season and never had a let down. Do the neighbor island teams automatically fill in one of the top 4 positions? (ILH #1, OIA #2, Maui #3 and BIF #4). Do they deserve a bye? I know more teams that do. Baldwin and Konawaena both lose their first game.
