Did your child not get selected??? Or are you one of the parents who sent their child to the Mainland to play bcoz the level is “so low” here (but really your child’s level was low) If they wanna play in this game, so be it. What’s it to you ? Someone always gotta throw shade

Honda uploaded a photo of a printout of the standings and the score. They went 0-3, sir. Again, not an issue with Robinson personally. Just would like to have a Hawai’i-based game recognizing Hawai’i-based prep athletes for their achievements named after someone who actually is from here or graduated from a high school if a name is going to be attached to it in the first place.

@jetwavy im sorry sir but that did not happen the grand prix was a couple weekends ago opencourt did wonderful as usual 4th grade team took 3rd,5th grade team lost in the championship game and placed 2nd,and the 6th grade team won the championship. Still dont understand why you have an issue with Geremy he does positive stuff. Just a bit fishy to me

I’m sure comments #16-20 were all totally different people posting ever 15 minutes apart. Should’ve just put it in one comment no need made 5 different screen names LOL. There are enough locally grown hoopers in this state that have just as much knowledge and resources to develop and teach this game to kids. Dennis Agena has developed more D1 players boys and girls in this state than anybody else. People are all too deceived by the notion that someone who played at UH or another D1 school has the secret sauce to give local kids something that they can’t get from locals who have done it, too.

@ TeamOpenCourt Parent…. The Thunder (paul’s team) beat Open Court by 25, 39-14, in the Jam On it Grand Prix. Came straight from Paul Honda himself. Open Court went 0-3 in that tournament. So there you go. Didn’t just pull that out of my derriere.

@jetwavy Geremy has been putting on his allstar game for the highschool players for 5 or 6 years now well before he started the swish. The swish has played 1 time during those 5 or 6 years after the allstar game, i really enjoyed that day, the top highschool players in hawaii then hawaiis pro team the same day. I loved it,who does that,and what more can you ask for and the swish are goooood Geremy Robinson is gooooood!!! There undefeated so bringing some winning is a positive thing for the islands…..@jetwavy i agree with the others on here you have to be jealous or predjudice because i see nothing wrong and i will support,i hope the swish play this saturday i will definitely be there to enjoy the entire event.
