They are talented. They need to learn how to play the pick and roll. Sometime they hedge. Sometimes they go under. Other times they go over. Sometime they switch. Other times the pick defender sits in the key. They are very green when it comes to defending the pick and roll. They are very talented though.

Villa is killing it, does he have any D1 offers? He plays like he could be Coach Akana’s son when he is actually Akana’s nephew. That family got the BBall genes.

I think Ah-Hoy and Sauvao on the court with their stingy defense helps this team more then what the Akina boys could offer with their 3-point shooting and soft defense. This Kahuku team is perfectly built.

Besides the recent recruits, Brandyn Akana is a very good coach. I think the fact that he is at Kahuku might have influence Villa,Fotu and Avea to transfer. Man if the baby face assasins (Akina’s) stayed, this team would be untouchable.
