Grabum … You do know that Iolani has 11 state titles to our 3 titles right? So obviously the stalling tactic is a good one. LOL. They ain’t doing anything “illegal.” If it works (and obviously it does), good for them. Oh and BTW they are good at soccer too. They got choke boys titles to our zero. But it’s okay. That ain’t Kahuku’s thing.

Does Iolani “stall.” Heck yah. But they do it ‘cus they can. Most teams don’t do it, ‘cus they no can. Most teams do not have that many skilled guards to pull that off so successfully. But Iolani does, year after year. Look at what happened to Kahuku without Villa. Kahuku couldn’t stall even if they wanted to. ‘Cus they only got Villa to handle the ball like that. But lucky for us they didn’t need! And lucky for us we had Villa!

Yes, ‘stall ball’ you wanna call it? Fine. So that’s their playing style. Well, guess how many championships they have won because of that and some great coaching? Too many to count.

Their style seems to be working just fine. And, we all know they don’t have the most talented athletes and players, so somebody must be doing something right.

aok ake! no one said anything about coaching, its in iolani dna the past 30yrs to play stall ball everyone knows that except you, get a clue

everyone is also antikahuku thats why oc16 cut the game out at the end, when in the history of oc16 has there been technical difficulties let alone the last 10 minutes of kahukus First bball title. #enemyofthestate

I’m a Kahuku fan and even I agree with the announcer. BTW, that guy would never be “Iolani bias,” he grad from Punahou (and you know those guys don’t like each other!). The refs did a crappy job. One ref in particular made a bunch of bad calls on Iolani. But good for Kahuku!! STATE CHAMPS!

Until then, let the coaches do the coaching, and you can sit in the stands and continue waving your red and white pom poms from the stands. Why do people come here to question coaches much less the stellar Iolani staff LMAO

the refs took fotu out of the game so iolanis center could have his way, the one announcer from punahou on oc16 was also iolani bias, atleast iolani didnt do there weak stall ball and actuallly tried to attack the middle with their bigs.
