Plush! Moanalua fans and visitors will get a chance to enjoy the fresh, newly renovated restrooms at the school’s gym this winter.

Athletic Director Joel Kawachi said a grant made the fix-up possible. Walking into a restroom at Moanalua’s gym in the past was always decent enough — clean, no fancy trimmings — but now it has the feel of a hotel or resort facility.
Donations have also provided for shot clocks that will be used during the boys’ Na Menehune Holiday Classic later this month. College teams use the facility occasionally, which necessitated the installation of the shot clocks.
