Farrington played well — Billy Hull says it was the best he’d seen the Governors play this season — while Kahuku seemed a bit out of sync early.

Adora Anae, their big hitter, came off the bench midway through the opening set, but Kahuku didn’t find its rhythm until the second game. From there, the Lady Raiders took control and advanced to the second round.
