The 6-foot-4, 310-pound offensive lineman was selected as one of the nation’s top players by Under Armour. The UA All-America Bowl Game will be played in Orlando, early January.

UA presented Eletise with a jersey as a crowd of students applauded.

“What’s up guys? I first want to thank God and my family for the support they give me. My coaches and mentors. Under Amour for allowing me to play in such a prestigious game. And my classmates,” Eletise said. “Knuckleheads.”

Eletise, always personable, drew a hearty laugh from the audience of about 400 seated in Kaiser’s gym.

His poise and charisma were almost as impressive as a feat by his teammates, who hoisted the big lineman up and cheered for him after the presentation.
