Former Mililani all-state offensive lineman Jordan Agasiva, who committed to Hawaii out of high school but ended up at Pima Community College in Arizona, committed to Utah on Christmas evening.

Agasiva, who is 6-foot-5 and 310 pounds, whittled down 18 scholarship offers to Oregon State, TCU and Utah before finally selecting the Utes out of the Pac-12.

Agasiva will join a Utah team that should returned freshman defensive lineman Bradlee Anae (Kahuku) and junior linebacker Kavika Laufatasaga (Farrington), who will both play in the Foster Farms Bowl on Wednesday against Indiana in Santa Clara, Calif. Senior defensive tackle Pasoni Tasini (Baldwin) will play his final game for Utah.

He’s actually even bigger now at 340. Good luck to Jordan and go make a difference in Utah.
