St. Francis junior Faaope Laloulu got a nice surprise before Friday’s game against Kalani at Kaiser Stadium.
The 6-foot-7, 340-pound offensive tackle was paid a visit at school today from USC linebackers coach Johnny Nansen, who extended an offer to Laloulu according to St. Francis coach Kip Akana.
Laloulu also has offers from Oregon, Arizona, San Diego State and Brigham Young.
The Trojans have a bye this week and Nansen is on Oahu recruiting.
Akana said Nansen talked to three different Saints players but only extended an offer to Laloulu.
The Saints (7-0, 6-0 ILH D-II) have already clinched a state tournament berth with two weeks remaining in the regular season.
USC has already received a commitment from Punahou linebacker Maninoa Tufono and Saint Louis defensive lineman Gino Quinones. The Trojans have also extended offers to uncommitted prospects Faatui Tuitele of Saint Louis and Enokk Vimahi of Kahuku.
Take the Ducks offer you will not be disappointed USC has no coaching and waste a lot of talent don’t be a part of that National Championship or bust for the Ducks
Get da quack outta hea…wait for UDUB’s offer!
