The 33rd annual Castle-Leilehua girls soccer tournament filled out its field recently, and it’s a good one.

The event begins Nov. 17 and ends with the championship two days later. The early rounds are split between Castle and Leilehua with the championship held on the Mules’ field.

Defending state champion Pearl City headlines the field. Last year the Chargers shut out Roosevelt 7-0 to win the tournament and begin its journey to a state championship.

In addition to the Chargers, OIA champion Mililani, ILH champion Iolani and two other teams from last year’s state tournament. Here is the schedule:

Nov. 17 at Leilehua
Mililani vs. Kamehameha, 5 p.m.
Leilehua vs. Kaiser, 7 p.m.
Winners play the next day at 7 p.m.

No. 17 at Castle
Pearl City vs. Iolani, 5 p.m.
Castle vs. Konawaena, 7 p.m.
Winners play the next day at 7 p.m.

The championship is scheduled for 5 p.m. at Leilehua on Nov. 19. There will be a full consolation bracket.
