The Kamehameha defense was sizzling hot Saturday night in a 27-0 pounding of Waianae. The Warriors kept the defensive motor running all night long, and 18 of their tackles went for negative Waianae yardage. On paper, it was a solid, sweet homecoming win for the Kamehameha Warriors. For head coach Abu Maafala, it was less than stellar.
