Maninoa Tufono of Punahou has a fourth football scholarship offer as of this morning. Nevada is the latest university to offer a scholarship to the 6-foot-3, 220-pound sophomore, joining Hawaii, Oregon and Washington State. Tufono posted the news on Twitter.
