Poi Report: Fernandez commits to Washington St.

Kapolei defensive lineman Kingston Fernandez has committed to play football for Washington State, according to Hurricanes coach Darren Hernandez. Fernandez also had offers from Arizona State, Cal, Colorado and several Mountain West Conference schools. He amassed 17 sacks this season.
