Three-time Star-Advertiser all-state outside hitter Evan Enriques of Kamehameha-Hawaii signed a letter of intent to attend Stanford on Wednesday afternoon.

Enriques, who was the state player of the year as a sophomore, follows a trail blazed by many all-state players from the islands including Kawika Shoji, Erik Shoji and Spencer McLachlin.
