Moanalua’s Nicolas out 2-3 weeks

Moanalua standout Joanna Nicolas joined the line of injured basketball players last week.
Nicolas, a junior guard and focal point of her team’s offense, suffered a partially torn ACL in a regular-season opening win over Kailua.
“I’ll be back in two or three weeks,” she said on Monday while attending the ‘Iolani Classic.
Moanalua won its opener against Kailua, but has lost to Farrington and Kalani without Nicolas.
