Micah Christenson scored 17 points as the Warriors fought off a late Dragons rally.
Yuliang Hou led Tsinghua with nine points.
The Dragons were down 34-31 in the final minute and had two chances to tie the game after Kamehameha missed the front end of two 1-and-1s. Christenson hit a foul shot to give the Warriors a 35-31 lead with 15 seconds left, sealing the win.
